Pisgah Preserve at Lake James is a mountain community that is well established. We now have over 3 miles of 18' wide paved roads throughout our first four phases. Our breathtaking entry project is complete and the trees are maturing beautifully. The underground power and high speed phone lines are installed and ready for service in all phases. Currently, there are seven complete rustic-style homes within the community including our fully furnished log home model.


Upon your first visit, you will appreciate the handcrafted street signage, large locust guardrails, and the natural landscape, which compliments the mountain-rustic architecture and atmosphere of the community. There are many nature trails ready for your enjoyment and exploration. Along the way, benches and picnic table areas await you for rest and relaxation.
